OBIE hosted a workshop on the use of Variable Recurring Payments (VRPs) for Sweeping. At this workshop, with the law firm CMS, we explored key areas that firms considering using this new payment capability should be aware of including the regulatory treatment of VRPs and how this provides protection for the consumers using this new functionality.
